When I visit your fur-family the first priority is to be sure they are safe, they have food & water but most importantly I give them comfort. I will talk, play, comfort and engage them until they are comfortable and content.
I love a challenge with the shy fur-kids. When they learn to trust me and finally let me comfort and pet them, I’ll snap you a photo or take a video and you can see it live online at West Adelaide Pet Sitters Facebook or Instagram pages. Each visit I will send you an update with a photo and you can feel secure they are being taken care of like they are my own.

Left my dog and cat for the weekend (first time ever) I was so worried as I’m like an over protective mother. Kylie was wonderful! She sent me updates of their progress along with a couple of lovely pictures. When I got home they appeared to be relaxed and happy. I’d certainly recommend this service and will be utilising Kylie’s day time dog walking service.

I can’t recommend Kylie enough!! She looked after my incredibly anxious inside cat, Axelle Rosie while I took a few days off and even ensured she was safe when my house was open for inspection so that I didn’t have to return from my Holiday. Kylie has looked after our twin kittens for 5 days while we have been away.
She has gone beyond any expectations. She has been extremely patient in gaining their trust, specially with the shy one, who after a few visits, has surrendered to her cuddling sessions.
She has demonstrated passion and care in every single task. Her attention to details was on point throughout all the instructions given to her.
She has sent us emails and photos after every visit letting us know how they have been and what they have done together. This has been a relief seeing how confident and comfortable they have been around her.
We have came back home to 2 happy and relaxed kittens as if we have never left them, thanks to Kylie!

Kylie has looked after my two cats several times over the past almost 2 years and I have no hesitation recommending her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to look after their pets. This last trip was almost 3 weeks and she did an excellent job with both of them, but especially with the one cat who is extremely shy and scared of anyone but me (she managed to put this cat at ease enough so that she didn't hide the whole time I was away, which was so nice to see!). I can not recommend Kylie highly enough ! My daughter & I where both going to be away this weekend - being cold I wanted our puppies to be able to stay home and be able to come & go inside as they are used of - so wanted someone to come to our place to care for our small zoo 🙂 and someone able to give Yani our 9yo Diabetic Groodle her insulin injection morning and night!
I came across West Adelaide Pet Sitters, Kylie came around to meet our zoo. Bruce our rather boisterous Red Kelpie X Husky can be a handful to say the least - Kylie was all over him straight away - I still cant believe she got a lovely photo of them both sitting nicely ! Kylie asked lots of questions took lots of notes of what was required. - I when away for the 2 days relieved that I had found such a professional caring person.
Kylie sent me a message & photos after each visit.
I will most definitely be using Kylie again and recommending her - absolutely fantastic - can not praise her enough.

Kylie is wonderful! So professional, and caring- my fussy cats instantly hung around her for pats (which they never do). My house is always left in immaculate condition. Before we went on holiday Kylie visited to see exactly what she had to do to look after Henry our bunny rabbit. Kylie also brought in our mail, put the dustbins out on the allocated day and watered the plants. Kylie from West Adelaide Pet Sitters is 100% professional, reliable, and genuinely cares for your pet. I had to quickly find a pet sitter (first time) and from the moment I spoke with Kylie I felt comfortable leaving my cat (Batman) in her care. Kylie provided a contract and insurance documentation which was reflective of her professionalism. During my trip Kylie sent photos of Batman relaxing outside in the sun which indicated she had spent the time making Batman feel comfortable in her presence as he wouldn't behave like that as soon as a stranger walked in the house. In addition to the pet minding, in the forms which are completed prior to her attending there's options for her to water your plants, take bins out, bring in mail etc etc which just goes to show she will do what she can to put your mind at ease while away from your home and pet. I won't look elsewhere if I require a pet sitter again and recommend Kylie to anyone feeling a little reluctant to leave their pets in someone else's care. Great experience with Kylie from West Adelaide Pet Sitters. We went away for a week recently and were a little unsure about having to put our cats in a cattery. It's been a bit of a problem for a while and has kind of stopped us from going away very often. Our cats are really territorial and don't like to be moved. Then we found this service and now couldn't be happier. Kylie took great care of them. It was really nice to come back to happy relaxed pets with everything in order.
